The Best Newcomer Award

sponsored by Craft & Design Magazine.

The Craft & Design Magazine Best Newcomer Award is only open to exhibitors in the Newcomers Gallery at BCTF. It is presented in recognition of quality of design, craftsmanship and good business skills. The winner receives a trophy, a pull-up promotional banner, marketing / business support for 12 months, a front cover feature in Craft & Design Magazine, a double-sized promotional entry in the Makers Gallery pages of 6 issues of the magazine, a Premier page on the Selected website and a year's subscription to the magazine (altogether worth more than £2500). A 'Highly Commended' Award (worth a total of £1500) is also presented.
